2. Scope
This policy applies to turing-intelligence.com, www.turing-intelligence.com, and direct communications initiated through the website. Separate terms or privacy notices may apply to client projects, hosted products, recruitment, or other services where the processing is materially different.
3. Personal data, purposes, and legal bases

We normally obtain data directly from you or automatically from your browser when it requests website resources. Please do not send sensitive or special-category data unless it is necessary and we have specifically requested it.
5. Recipients and processors
Personal data may be processed by service providers acting for us where necessary, including:
- website hosting, content-delivery, domain, security, and technical-support providers;
- Formspree, Inc., which processes inquiry-form submissions on our behalf, including receiving, validating, storing, and forwarding the submitted data;
- business email, cloud productivity, backup, and document-management providers;
- accounting, tax, legal, banking, and professional advisers;
- analytics or marketing providers specifically listed in the Cookie Policy, but only for categories you accepted;
- public authorities where disclosure is required by applicable law.
Processors are engaged under appropriate contractual and confidentiality obligations. We do not sell personal data.
6. International transfers
We prefer providers that process data in the European Economic Area. Where a provider transfers personal data outside the EEA, the transfer must rely on a lawful GDPR mechanism, such as an adequacy decision or appropriate safeguards under Article 46 GDPR, and supplementary measures where required. You may request information about the relevant safeguard by contacting us.
7. Retention
- Routine web and security logs: normally up to 30 days, unless a longer period is necessary to investigate an incident or establish legal claims.
- Unsuccessful or preliminary enquiries: normally up to 24 months after the last substantive communication.
- Client, supplier, invoicing, and project records: for the relationship and afterward for applicable accounting, tax, limitation, audit, and legal-claim periods.
- Browser-based cookie choice: 180 days, or until you reset browser storage or the consent version changes.
- Optional provider data: for the period stated in the Cookie Policy or the provider-specific notice, and no longer than necessary for the stated purpose.
Data may be retained longer where required by law, a binding authority request, or a documented legal dispute.
8. Security
We apply technical and organisational measures appropriate to the risks, including access control, confidentiality requirements, secure transmission, system updates, backups where appropriate, and incident-management procedures. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
9. Your rights
Subject to the conditions in the GDPR, you may request:
- access to your personal data and information about its processing;
- rectification of inaccurate or incomplete data;
- erasure of data;
- restriction of processing;
- data portability where processing is automated and based on consent or contract;
- objection to processing based on legitimate interests;
- withdrawal of consent at any time.
We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. Rights can be limited where an exemption applies or data must be retained for legal obligations or claims.

10. Automated decisions
Website visitors are not subject to decisions based solely on automated processing that produce legal or similarly significant effects.

We may update this policy when our processing, providers, or legal obligations change. The effective date at the top identifies the current version. Material changes to consent-based processing may require a renewed choice.
